This Privacy Policy explains how Vice City Cops and Robbers ("VC-CNR", "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you play on our game server (a FiveM community for Grand Theft Auto V) and when you use our associated websites, including our homepage, the user control panel, and our store.

4. Automated Decision-Making (Anticheat)
Our server uses automated anticheat systems to detect cheating software and unauthorized game manipulation. Automated systems may identify suspected cheating activity and remove a player from the server while the detection is reviewed. Automated detections and enforcement actions are logged for security, auditing, and administrative purposes.

Our websites use only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies:
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in to the user control panel
- Local storage entries that remember interface preferences
- Security cookies set by our infrastructure provider to protect the site against abuse

- Moderation records and bans — retained only for as long as necessary to administer and enforce our rules, prevent repeated abuse, and protect our community.
- Banned accounts — If your account has been suspended or permanently banned, we may retain information necessary to enforce the ban, prevent ban evasion, protect the security and integrity of our services, investigate abuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Once the information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
- Technical logs (including IP addresses) — retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Infrastructure and service providers that help us operate the platform, such as our hosting providers and our payment processor. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
- Platform services required for the game to function, such as Discord (account linking and community roles). Their own privacy policies apply to their processing.
- Our store payment processor, if you make a purchase; payment card details are handled by the processor and never stored by us.
